Do I need to be 21+ to purchase your ice cream?
Yes, because our products contain up to 5% alcohol by volume, you must be 21 years of age or older to purchase and a valid government-issued ID is required for delivery or in-store pickup.
How do you ship ice cream without it melting?
We ship all orders in insulated coolers packed with enough dry ice to keep your treats frozen for up to 48 hours in transit. We recommend unpacking and placing them in your freezer immediately upon arrival.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or melted, please contact our support team within 24 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer vegan or dairy-free options?
Yes! We have a rotating selection of boozy sorbets that are 100% vegan and dairy-free. Please check the 'Vegan' category on our shop page for current availability.
Can I get Tipsy Scoop delivered to all 50 states?
We currently ship to all 50 states via FedEx. Please note that shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may incur additional expedited shipping fees to ensure the product remains frozen.
Are your products nut-free and gluten-free?
While we offer flavors that do not contain nuts or gluten, all of our ice cream is processed in a facility that handles tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and dairy. Cross-contamination is possible.
